This building has a 3,900 ft. footprint plus approximately 1,950 ft. of balcony for a total of 5,850 ft. The balcony does go over and partially blocks the 2 overhead doors on the west side of the building. This building is on the northern lot (lot 6 which could be sold off separately. There appears to be no plumbing in this building, although the building is heated. The 3rd building is a frame construction and the northern end of it is open with racks for storing pipe or lumber etc. Also, on Lot 6 is a 3,200 ft. open air (but closed in on 3 sides) building that I would describe as a loafing shed. There are several other miscellaneous type sheds as well. There is not a loading dock per se attached to any building, however there is a loading ramp on Lot 7. 440 3-phase electric is in front of the building and the main electric panel indicates that there is 240 3-phase wild leg. The building is on Montezuma Rural Water and the sewer is on a septic system (although I am told that municipal sewer is close by). It is also serviced by Atmos natural gas. In the past this building has been used for a construction company, a hemp growing business, but is currently vacant.
