This year, eight concerts are on tap, plus the 8150 Urban Dance Challenge, a show to get crowds ready for the Vail International Dance Festival, returning July 30 through Aug. 13.Alt-rock band Cracker kicks off this season&amp;rsquo;s concert series. Fans of &amp;rsquo;90s music will likely be singing along to hit singles like &amp;ldquo;Low,&amp;rdquo; &amp;ldquo;Get Off This&amp;rdquo; and &amp;ldquo;Eurotrash Girl&amp;rdquo; during the show. Cracker celebrates 25 years this year and the band is still hard at work delivering the angst-filled alternative rock that fans love.&amp;ldquo;We&amp;rsquo;re fired up about this year&amp;rsquo;s lineup &amp;mdash; I&amp;rsquo;m still trying to wrap my mind around how we scored these bands, considering this is a free concert series,&amp;rdquo; said Tom Boyd, director of communications for the Vail Valley Foundation. &amp;ldquo;But the music is just the start. The social scene is great, the Crazy Mountain Brewery beer is colder than Gore Creek and the setting at Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, at twilight, just takes your breath away.&amp;rdquo;Genres for the shows range from Latin funk to soul and rock.
