Posted: September 09, 2019 by Sara Hoodicoff

Selling your home? It's no secret a well maintained curb is inviting buyers to come inside.

"If the outside looks fresh & clean, wait until you see the inside!"

Here are 5 ways to BOOST your curb appeal!

Beautify your homes exterior by adding appealing house numbers to your entrance. A new font, color, or unique display for the numbers adds a custom feel. For an extra pop of color, place a potted plant or two by the front door.

Clean your windows from inside & outside for an extra sparkle! Utilize a gardening hose to get rid of any hard to reach spots, dirt, or cobwebs before going in with a small amount of vinegar & detergent diluted with warm water.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Using the strongest setting on your gardening hose, blast dirt & debris off of your driveway, sidewalk, & front of your home. Make sure to not use the garden hose on its highest pressure around your windows or doorways! The pressure can remove caulk and other materials sealing your home!

Edge your lawn for a professional look. Get the lawn mower, cut the grass regularly, & conquer those weeds!

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Consider planting brightly colored annuals in the spring & summer, & plant flowers with autumn hues towards the end of the year.
Annuals grow quickly, are inexpensive & bloom longer.
