Born in Sarasota, Florida Melanie grew up fond of the beautiful outdoors and being active in a wide array of sports. She attended University of South Florida earning a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration. Her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen led her to launch her own private fitness and health studio which she operated successfully for over ten years. Melanie’s vast experience working with high-end clientele including Fortune 500 CEOs, International Land Developers, and Business Owners has given her an intimate understanding of the most discerning clients.
Despite the stunning beaches of Florida, Melanie and her husband, Harrison moved to Colorado in 2016 with a passion to explore the Vail Valley and its numerous outdoor adventures. They delight in helping others discover the Vail lifestyle and mountain nature at its finest.
Melanie’s extensive background in Marketing in addition to her MBA, and being bilingual in English and Spanish, gives her the ability to advertise properties on an entirely different level. She delivers unmatched responsiveness and first-rate attention to detail. Former clients would attest to the fact that she is not transactional by nature. She cherishes the relationships that she forms and some of her dearest friends are former clients. When she is not practicing real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Harrison and their three children, hiking, golfing, and exploring the mountains and rivers.
