Listed my condo for sale with Mr. Thompson. I believe he did a very good job of recognizing an opportunity in the market to sell (no other 3 bedrooms in this property on market) and was very informed about proper pricing. I did not scrutinize his marketing of the property but believe he used all of possible venues to get the word out be they old-fashioned like open house or newer options like Zillow. Once we had a legitimate offer from a qualified buyer, at which time I became much more involved in the process, I can safely say that Mr. Thompson did an excellent job of using his knowledge of the area market and my property in particular to negotiate and close on the sale at a price at the very top end of our range.
Mike was very prompt in all our dealings. He is very personable and knowledgeable.
He is very truthful as well. I have worked with him on more than 1 occasion, and he is consistent every time!

Mike helped me rent out my Vail Valley property and was wonderful to work with. He was professional, responsive, and treated my property with the care and TLC as if it was his own. He worked with my existing tenants, advertised my property for rent and found great tenants. His knowledge of the Vail Valley and the market is incredible. I don't live in the Vail Valley anymore and Mike is someone I trust with my home and my investment. I strongly recommend Mike.

Sounds too good to be true, I know. I'll throw in a weakness (just to add some bit of credibility). Because of Mike's work ethic and dedication he is very busy. Sometimes hard to catch up with him. This minor issue does not disqualify him. I believe it comes with the territory of a professional in demand. If he was as available as the Maytag Repairman, I would probably wonder why.
